Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was engaged to Raj Kundra, a London-based millionaire businessman at his apartment in Mumbai on Saturday evening. Shamita Shetty, sister of Shilpa could not make it to the engagement ceremony as she was participating in the 'Big Boss'.
