Panaji: Maoist violence might be a cause of worry to the government, but a story based on a rebel has made it to the silver screen.
, made by Bollywood director, Anant Mahadevan has been inspired by a newspaper report about a farmer who got inadvertently trapped by the Maoists. "More than the issue, it was the story of that man that moved me deeply...Because that man had gone through such an experience which a normal man might not be able to face...To live with the Maoists, to leave them, the risk that it poses to the life, the questions that are raised after that...It was the story of a man; so more than the issue, I found the story fascinating. That's why I made this film," Mahadevan said.
